Feminist Values: Abundance or Scarcity?

Feminism Beyond Equality - Reclaiming the Domestic Sphere

What are feminist values anyway? Are they a good fit for you? Where do you see feminist values -- or their absence -- in place during the 21st century? Can we afford to keep traveling down the road we are presently on with environmental degradation, endless war, corporate government, and burgeoning economic/social inequality? Please bring your ideas about whether this is a useful discussion to have right now.

This will be conducted as an Occupy General Assembly style discussion with topics coming from the large group, then break out sessions according to interest, followed by a report back of main points of discussion in small groups to the large group.

Pot luck lunch.

Childcare available on request.

Sliding scale fee $20 - $0 (We welcome all, whatever amount you can pay.)

We encourage people to register by January 20 to help with travel planning, though later registrations will be accepted.  Registration materials and directions will be e/mailed after you register.
